What we collect
In plain language: Only what you type into the contact form, plus anonymous visit statistics. No ad trackers.
When you use the contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, business name, email address, and message. This is used solely to respond to your inquiry and, if we work together, to deliver the service.
We use privacy-friendly, first-party analytics to understand aggregate site usage (pages visited per day). This data contains no IP addresses, no identifiers, and cannot be used to identify you.
How we use it
In plain language: To answer you, to do the work, and for nothing else. We never sell your data.
Your information is used to respond to inquiries, provide contracted services, send invoices, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Service providers we rely on (hosting, payments, email) process data only as needed to provide their service and are bound by their own privacy obligations. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
Cookies
In plain language: One cookie remembers your dark/light preference, one your language. Analytics are cookieless.
This site sets two functional cookies: your theme preference and your language choice. Our analytics operate without cookies. Details are in the Cookie Policy.
Your rights
In plain language: Ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it — one email is enough.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU/EEA or a jurisdiction with similar protections, these rights are guaranteed by law (GDPR and equivalents).
Data retention & security
In plain language: Inquiries kept up to 2 years, client records as long as legally required, everything encrypted in transit.
Contact inquiries are retained for up to 24 months, then deleted. Client and billing records are retained as required by tax and contract law. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS) and stored with reputable providers with industry-standard security.
