Starter is paid 100% up front through Stripe — it's a product with a fixed scope. Standard and Plus are 50% to book your slot, 50% at launch. No hourly billing, ever.

What if I don't like the first design?

Starter comes with a simple guarantee: if the first draft misses completely, you get a full refund and we part friends. In practice the intake form prevents this — you'll show me sites you like before I design anything.

What if I need more than the package includes?

Every extra has a fixed add-on price — an extra page is €150, copywriting is €75 a page, and so on. You'll never get a surprise invoice; anything outside scope is quoted before it's built.

Can you redesign my existing website?

Yes — most projects are redesigns. Same packages, same prices. I'll also handle moving your domain and making sure your Google rankings survive the move.

Yes, in the Plus package — a simple store (Stripe) or a booking system. Full e-commerce with hundreds of products is out of scope; I'll tell you honestly and point you somewhere good.

After payment you get a short intake form: your logo (or pick the logo add-on), your text (or pick copywriting), a few photos, and 2–3 sites you like. That's typically 30–60 minutes of your time, and it's most of what I need.

What's a care plan and do I need one?

Hosting plus upkeep: SSL, backups, security updates, monitoring, and (on Standard and Pro) content edits done for you. Every site includes the first month free. You can also take the site elsewhere — a one-time handover to your own hosting is €150.

Do I actually own the website?

Completely. Code, content, domain, design — it's all yours on final payment. If you ever leave, you get a clean handover, not a hostage negotiation.

Can I edit the site myself?

On Plus, yes — the CMS lets you edit text, images, posts, and prices, and you get a short training video. On Starter and Standard, edits go through a care plan or the hourly rate (€90/hr, 1-hour minimum).

I'll set up or transfer your domain as part of every package, and professional email (you@yourbusiness.com) is a €100 add-on. You'll own both accounts — I never hold logins hostage.
